The WADI project participates in the EIP WATER CONFERENCE 2017

The 4th EIP Water Conference was hosted at the Alfândega Porto Congress Centre by the Municipality of Porto, Portugal and powered by the European Innovation Partnership on Water (abbreviated to “EIP Water”), supported by the European Commission and the government of Portugal.

This year’s theme was “Water Innovation: Bridging Gaps, Creating Opportunities”, promoting discussions on innovative solutions to address major European and global water challenges, exploring market opportunities for these innovations, both within and outside Europe, and looking for creative ways to remove barriers by advancing and leveraging existing solutions.

In the Startups Showroom and Innovation Hub, a poster was dedicated to present the WADI project, alongside with other innovation action projects currently funded by the EC.

The WADI project representative also participated in two side events: the Smart monitoring workshop and the Boosting Research & Innovation in the Water Sector: The Impact of EU-funded actions workshop, where she had the opportunity to present the project, its objectives and targeted results.
